The TAMU-CC chapter of the Student Veterans of America provides military veteran students with resources, support, and advocacy needed to succeed.

Through a Home Depot grant, the Student Veterans Organization TAMU-CC chapter has outfitted a new Veteran's Lounge.

Nueces County-Veteran's Services-

Peer-to-Peer Support Group Meetings: The Counseling and Training Clinic at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is facilitating free and confidential support for the military, including active duty, reserves, guard, and veterans. The group is designed to help participants who suffer from the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), sexual assault, and traumatic experiences.  The group will meet weekly, on Tuesday evenings, from 6-7 p.m. in room 2014 of the Natural Resource Center. To join, call Dr. Yvonne Castillo at ext. 3995. You do not have to be a student in order to access these FREE services.
